Here is a delicious vegetable soup recipe, very practical during the “detox”, in order to increase your weekly vegetable consumption easily.
1) Boil 1/3 of a full pot of water
2) Add the organic chicken broth
3) Cut the following vegetables:
– 2 Broccoli
– 1 Turnip
-1/2 Green cabbage, sliced
– ½ Red onion, thinly sliced
– 3 Tomatoes cut into cubes
4) Add the vegetables to the broth
5) Pour a large can of organic tomato juice
6) Season with salt, pepper, bay leaves and cayenne pepper
Make it simmer for 45 minutes and enjoy!
